Junior Operations Executive

Excel

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Tracking & Reporting (MIS)

Update daily Excel sheets with video performance data (Views, Shares, Watch Time).
Track performance across multiple channels (History, Crime, Trivia).
Ensure 100% accuracy in data entryno typos allowed.

2. Community Engagement

Reply to comments on our videos to boost engagement (using provided scripts).
Filter spam and keep the comment section clean.
Monitor trending videos on Snapchat Spotlight and share links with the creative team.

3. File Management & Organization

Organize video files in Google Drive/Dropbox.
Rename files according to the company format (e.g., Date_Category_Title).
Ensure all files are archived correctly after posting.

4. Quality Checks

Watch final video files to check for basic errors (audio issues, black screens) before they go to the Senior Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excel Mastery:
Must be comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
Attention to Detail:
You must be the kind of person who spots a spelling mistake instantly.
Social Media Savvy:
Familiarity with Snapchat, Instagram Reels, and TikTok trends.
English Proficiency:
Good written English is required for commenting and internal reporting
