Job Description

Required for Back Office Operations is a full-time role based in Ambernath, Maharashtra, India, with Vijay Group Of Industries. As a Back Office Operations, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks and supporting the daily operations of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records of company activities
Assisting with stock and inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams
Handling and documenting all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
Contributing to process improvement initiatives and suggesting ways to enhance efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
