Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Back Office Assistant to support our operations team in ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and records.
  • Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle email communication and follow up with vendors/clients as needed.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
