Back Office Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Assistant to support our software operations. The ideal candidate will assist with data management, system updates, report generation, and administrative tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of our software processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
• Maintain and update software-related records and databases.
• Assist in managing software licenses and user accounts.
• Coordinate with the IT team for system troubleshooting and updates.
• Data Management:
• Collect, verify, and input data into the system.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute software performance reports.
• Process Coordination:
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of back-office workflows.
• Assist in managing backups, security protocols, and data recovery plans.
• Communication:
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve software-related issues.
• Provide status updates and feedback to team members and management.
• Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain user manuals, guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Document software updates, configurations, and customizations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Data entry: 1 year (Required)
