Job Description
We are looking for a female Back Office Executive to handle our daily office operations and support our real estate team. The candidate should be organized, confident, and comfortable with data management, client communication, and basic computer work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain client data and property listings
Handle client calls and inquiries professionally
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients and agents
Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
Prepare reports and maintain files in Excel and Word
Assist in day-to-day office administrative work
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email)
Familiarity with social media platforms
Organized, responsible, and good at multitasking
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Prior experience in real estate or office administration will be an added advantage
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
