We’re looking for a Back Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly by supporting administration, documentation, and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records of inventory, purchase orders, and invoices
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and compliance documents
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Handle client queries via email/phone and support the sales team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Manage filing systems and assist HR with onboarding paperwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in back office or administrative roles (manufacturing preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
