Back Office Assistant

You will be joining our back office team as a Back Office Assistant, where your primary responsibility will be to support daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functions and contributing to the overall productivity of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Preferably a female candidate for this role. - Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in using a computer and the internet is required. - Familiarity with computer applications such as MS Excel. - Ability to multitask efficiently and handle various responsibilities. - Maintain a high level of attention to detail. - Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures. - Proficiency in English (Read, Write, Spoken) is necessary.
