Job Summary:

We are looking for a Backend Executive Female with excellent communication skills and strong experience in drafting official letters, emails, and business correspondence. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling backend office operations efficiently while maintaining professionalism in written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare professional business letters, emails, notices, circulars, and other correspondence.
• Manage documentation, filing, and record keeping for smooth backend operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders through calls, emails, and written communication.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as required by management.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and correspondence.
• Support the management team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Handle data entry, database updates, and documentation accuracy.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on official communications and pending tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Experience Required

• 2–4 years of experience in backend operations or administrative roles.

Necessary Skills :

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong command over drafting official letters and professional correspondence.
• Proper File maintaining and records maintainance
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
