Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and efficient Back Office cum Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle incoming phone calls, schedule meetings/appointments, and manage documentation — including the ability to type in Hindi. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional manner. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the team or management. Maintain and update office records, files, and databases. Prepare documents and reports as needed (in English and Hindi). Perform Hindi typing for official documents, letters, and reports. Assist in data entry, record keeping, and general administrative tasks. Coordinate with internal departments and support the smooth functioning of office operations. Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier. Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the office workspace. Required Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication skills – verbal and written (Hindi & English). Ability to type in Hindi (using Kruti Dev/Shree Lipi Keyboard or any Hindi typing tool). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.). Polite and professional phone etiquette. Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Prior experience in office assistant/back-office role is an advantage. Knowledge of Hindi typing is mandatory.
