· Responsible for Sales and business development.
· Responding and tracking Inbound Leads and Requests for franchise.
· Assisting and solving franchise query and questions.
· Fixing appointments of franchise with the concerned team.
· Handling franchise pre and post opened activities.
· Handling franchise stock replenishments and orders.
· Managing franchise payments related issues.
· Handling franchise Customer complaints.
· Making reports over excel and maintain proper records.
