Job Description

Manage day‑to‑day back‑office operations related to FASTag: tag issuance, activations, replacements, deactivations, etc. Handle customer queries and issues via phone, email, or through internal ticketing systems, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records and databases: KYC documents, tag inventory, transaction logs. Coordinate with field / sales / dealer showroom teams for delivery of FASTag, setting up/presenting/demonstrating FASTag products. Assist in improving operational processes: suggest process improvements, document SOPs, escalation matrices. Work closely with stakeholders: banks, partner agents, third‑party vendors, internal sales / customer support / technical teams. Support administrative tasks as required (filing, documentation, correspondence, etc.)
