Back End Developer

Job Title: Backend Developer (Python, TypeScript, AWS Lambda) Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with strong expertise in AWS Serverless technologies (especially Lambda) , TypeScript , and Python . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services and APIs that power our applications. Your work will directly impact our scalability, performance, and development velocity. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services using Python and TypeScript Build and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda , API Gateway , DynamoDB , S3 , and other AWS services Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Implement secure, well-documented RESTful APIs Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring high availability Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in software engineering Maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS Code Pipeline , GitHub Actions , or Jenkins Key Requirements: Strong programming experience in Python and TypeScript Proven experience building serverless applications using AWS Lambda Deep understanding of AWS services like API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc. Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and asynchronous programming Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like AWS SAM , Serverless Framework , or Terraform Knowledge of event-driven architectures and microservices Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) Experience working with version control systems such as Git Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Good communication skills and ability to work in agile teams
