Who you are: Passionate about enterprise level application and excited to lead, develop, design and implement features to support our rapidly growing DTC and B2B business. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in Node.js, with a sound understanding of developing features for Enterprise level systems. You need to keep up with fast paced changes in terms of best practices for coding, newer technology, frameworks, security and maintenance. This role will also help in defining the road map for Ninety Ones ERP platform. Most importantly, this role is for someone who is hands-on, an idea-generator, loves problem-solving, quick learner and wants to have a major impact on our success. Role & Responsibilities: Build applications using HTML5, using JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React.JS, Vue.js, CSS 3. Build reusable UI components, ensuring that UI code base is scalable and maintainable Build UI component libraries to be used across the products Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end Perform troubleshooting steps, if any, in the phase of implementation, customization, and configuration Ability to write readable and TDD code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor the previously written code into readable state Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to provide updates as well as to elicit new requirements Be Ninety One!s go-to expert on Node.js and keeping up with new trends in mobile space. Job Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in Node.js, angular and with a sound understanding of computer science fundamentals - Data Structure. B.Tech/ B.S. or M.Tech/ M.S. in Computer Science, IT or related field. Strong and extensive knowledge of OO JavaScript Experience with web development using HTML5, JavaScript (AngularJS, React, Redux, Vue.js, CSS3) Experience building responsive design layouts using a formal framework like Bootstrap and familiarity with best practices (web security concepts, ensuring browser & device compatibility, etc.) Familiar with development and debugging tools for cross-browser issues Experience integrating with RESTful APIs for server-side functionality Ability to work well individually or in a group setting, and under pressure and time constraints Knowledge of NodeJS, expressJS framework Knowledge of DynamoDB and MongoDB is a must Familiar with AWS services Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git or Bitbucket Location This role will be based in our Ahmedabad office.
