BAAN Finance Functional (RTR) Position BAAN Finance Functional Consultant (RTR) Experience 6-8 years Location Bangalore Responsibilities Implement and support BAAN Finance modules with a focus on Record to Report (RTR) processes. Analyze business requirements and configure the BAAN system to meet the financial reporting needs. Conduct user training and prepare documentation for end-users in RTR processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions related to BAAN Finance applications. Stay updated with the latest BAAN functionalities and enhancements in RTR. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support. Requirements Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. 6-8 years of experience in BAAN Finance with a focus on RTR. Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles. Proficiency in BAAN Financial modules and experience in system implementations. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
