BA / Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, your role will involve overseeing and guiding Scrum teams using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Training, mentoring, and supporting Scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. - Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items. - Scheduling and facilitating Scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes. - Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams make improvements. - Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing. - Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials. - Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders. - Ensuring agile practices align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and teams to manage dependencies and align deliverables. - Assisting Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and user story clarity. - Supporting teams in understanding capacity and planning sprints effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred. - Certified Scrum Master. - Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum to deliver solutions. - Experience in delivering solutions using the JIRA project management tool. - Certified Agile Coach, PO (Added advantage). - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
