As an experienced Business Analyst in the Insurance domain, your role will involve leveraging your expertise in Legacy modernization to add value to the team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into technical requirements. - Analyzing and documenting business processes to identify areas for improvement. - Developing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including requirements specifications and user manuals. - Working with IT teams to design, develop, and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements and maximize business value. - Conducting testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions are effective and meet business needs. - Providing training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. - Executing special projects and providing project management support for the adoption of digital products. - Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT and business analysis.
