Job Description

Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements related to life insurance products, policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, etc. Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and gaps in the current processes. Work on defining requirements to enhance business operations and ensure alignment with industry best practices. Functional Specifications: Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications and use cases for the development and technical teams. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders (product owners, operations teams) and the technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements. Data Analysis & Reporting: Work with data teams to analyze business data, perform impact analysis, and generate reports to help decision-making for the life insurance business. Testing & Validation: Participate in the testing phase, ensuring business requirements are met. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support any post-implementation reviews. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business processes and IT solutions comply with local and international insurance regulations. Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their evolving needs, provide recommendations, and develop actionable strategies to improve business operations.
