Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2C sales

    by engaging with prospective learners via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or learning paths.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and convert leads into enrolments.
  • Provide accurate information about course content, pricing, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates on lead status and interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 14 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
