Job Description

Our platform offers a wide range of industry-relevant courses designed to upskill individuals and help them achieve their career goals. Were looking for passionate sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to help learners transform their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2C sales
by engaging with prospective learners via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or learning paths.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and convert leads into enrolments.
Provide accurate information about course content, pricing, and benefits.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates on lead status and interactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
