🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities (The Hunter Mandate)

  1. Rapid Lead Conversion (High Volume):

    Execute high-speed follow-up (calls, WhatsApp, email) to

    warm digital leads

    (primarily from Meta/Google Ads).

    Daily target: 80–100 customer interactions.

    Speed is non-negotiable; contact must be initiated within 15 minutes of lead capture.
  2. Sales Cycle Management:

    Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and qualification to final booking confirmation for high-value leisure travel packages.
  3. Ascendus AI Product Presentation:

    Effectively understand and present customized, tech-driven itineraries, showcasing

    Bonhomiee

    ’s unique value proposition.
  4. Process Discipline & Data Quality (Critical):

    Maintain

    100% accurate, immediate data logging

    of every single interaction in the company's CRM.

    The quality of this data is vital

    as it directly trains and refines our core

    Ascendus AI

    engine.
  5. Target Achievement:

    Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for

    Conversion Rate

    and

    Gross Transaction Value (GTV)

💡 Required Qualifications & Cultural Fit
