Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collections agents to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor team productivity, quality, and adherence to processes and compliance standards.
Handle escalations, provide coaching, and deliver regular performance feedback.
Oversee B2C international collections campaigns while maintaining strong customer experience standards.
Analyze portfolio performance and create actionable plans to improve recovery rates.
Collaborate with operations, QA, and training teams to refine processes and drive team effectiveness.
Prepare and present reports on team performance, risk, and collection trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and manage teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and compliantly
Proficiency in CRM/collections tools and MS Office
