B2B Travel Consultant – Vietnam Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2B travel agent queries related to Vietnam (FIT & Groups).
• Prepare customized itineraries and cost-effective quotations.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners in Vietnam.
• Ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings and provide support to travel agents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vietnam destinations, hotels, activities, and visa requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and suppliers.
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in B2B travel consulting, preferably with Vietnam expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam destinations, hotels, tours, and local logistics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple queries and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Existing network with DMCs or suppliers in Vietnam is an advantage.
