About the Role

Most sales roles box you in. You either just prospect (SDR) or just close (AE), and you rarely get to see the full picture. You want to move up, but the seats above you are full.

Suneerix is a B2B Growth Partner for SaaS & IT firms. We build predictable revenue engines through structured Outbound Systems, Pipeline Engineering, and SDR-as-a-Service. We help clients secure high-quality sales meetings, not just leads.

B2B Sales Manager

The Reality (What you will actually do)

  • Own the Full Cycle:

    This is a hands-on role. You will identify prospects, initiate conversations (cold outreach/LinkedIn), run the discovery calls, demo the solution, and close the contract.
  • Sell Value, Not Features:

    Our services (ABM/Demand Gen) are consultative. You need to be able to talk to CEOs and Founders about their growth and ROI, not just read a script.
  • Future Leadership:

    Right now, you are the engine. As revenue grows, you will help hire and structure the sales team that comes after you.

Who You Are

  • The Experience:

    You have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS or Agency services). You have a track record of closing deals, not just booking meetings.
  • The Skillset:

    You understand the difference between spamming and outbound strategy. You know how to use LinkedIn Navigator and CRM tools effectively.
  • The Mindset:

    You are looking for high upside. You prefer a role where your income is tied to your performance rather than a capped salary with no growth.

Compensation (Transparency First)

We believe in paying for results. We don't hide our numbers behind Industry Standards.

  • Fixed Base Salary:

    ?6,00,000 ?8,00,000 per annum (Based on experience).
  • Commission:

    10% 15%

    of deal value on every closed contract.
  • Note: This is significantly higher than the standard 5-8% agency average.
  • Target Earnings (OTE):

    A successful Sales Manager at Suneerix is expected to earn

    ?15,00,000 ?18,00,000+

    in their first year.
  • The Deal:

    If you are confident in your ability to close, this structure allows you to out-earn most Senior managers in the market.
