B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential corporate, institutional, reseller, and dealer clients.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable audio-video, IT, or electronic solutions.
• Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms.
• Handle end-to-end sales process — inquiry, quotation, negotiation, and closure.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Follow up with clients for payments, deliveries, and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain data in CRM / Excel and prepare regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) for order fulfillment.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, exhibitions, and events.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, institutional or channel sales (electronics, IT, AV, or e-commerce preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and present them in business terms.
• Target-driven and comfortable with outbound sales and lead generation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, email, and calling platforms.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
