Role Overview: As a Sales & Lead Generation Representative at our Dubai showroom, you will play a crucial role in identifying and approaching potential B2B clients in the clothing industry. Your responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, managing end-to-end communication, showcasing samples, and collaborating on creative brand content. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be essential in driving business growth and improving brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively research, identify, and approach potential B2B clients such as retailers, online sellers, distributors, and agents. - Display confidence while speaking and presenting on camera during client interactions. - Manage all communication with B2B customers, including lead nurturing, follow-ups, and closing deals. - Organize and present samples to potential clients at the showroom to showcase the brand's offerings. - Prepare client quotations, engage in pricing discussions, and coordinate orders effectively. - Maintain organized client records, generate sales reports, and track follow-ups for efficient client management. - Collaborate with the Brand Head to create engaging showroom videos/reels for social media and marketing. - Assist in developing compelling product pitches, presentations, and visual merchandising strategies for B2B clients. - Offer market insights and customer feedback to enhance product collections and business strategies. - Ensure the showroom is well-presented and client-ready at all times to provide a premium customer experience. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clothing sales, wholesale, or B2B lead generation, preferably in the fashion industry. - Demonstrated ability to generate leads and successfully close B2B deals. - Fluency in English and preferably Arabic (both spoken and written). - Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, calculation, and reporting abilities. - Experience in creating short videos/reels for brand promotion will be an added advantage. - Professional, confident, and presentable demeanor to represent the brand effectively. - Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with the brand's leadership team.
