Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive / Inside Sales at Watch Your Health, a HealthTech SaaS company, you will be responsible for generating B2B leads in the Indian market, selling SaaS products to insurance and brokers, setting up virtual meetings with key decision-makers, maintaining lead data and CRM hygiene, and earning incentives by achieving monthly meeting targets. Key Responsibilities: - Generate B2B leads in the Indian market - Sell SaaS products to insurance and brokers - Set up virtual meetings with key decision-makers - Maintain lead data and CRM hygiene - Earn incentives by achieving monthly meeting targets Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of Saas Sales / Software sales experience - Prior B2B lead generation/sales experience in India (mandatory) - Excellent communication and follow-up skills - Exposure to SaaS or digital health is a bonus Please Note: Watch Your Health is a HealthTech company offering AI-driven SaaS solutions to insurance, pharma, and healthcare firms. They enable digital transformation through preventive care, engagement tools, and data-driven insights. Work location options include Work From Home and Work From Office in Thane. The salary ranges from 25,000 to 35,000 Gross based on the last CTC and interview. The workdays are Monday to Saturday with 6 days working and incentives are based on the number of meetings arranged.
