What Youll Do

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for products and features.
• Build data-driven marketing plans that align with company revenue goals and product roadmaps.
• Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buyer personas to guide targeting and messaging.
  

2. Demand Generation

• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, social).
• Drive lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion through marketing automation platforms.
• Partner with Sales to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for high-value accounts.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI, CAC, and lead-to-customer rates.
  

3. Product & Content Marketing

• Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the market.
• Create and oversee production of marketing assets: case studies, videos, decks, one-pagers, and landing pages.
• Manage product launches, feature announcements, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Support thought leadership and SEO-driven content programs.
  

4. Customer & Retention Marketing

• Design campaigns to drive onboarding, adoption, and retention within existing customer accounts.
• Partner with Customer Success on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build customer advocacy through reviews, referrals, and testimonials.
  

5. Analytics & Optimization

• Own and report on key marketing KPIs: pipeline contribution, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, LTV, and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage marketing tools and automation workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
