B2B On-Field Sales Associate

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retailers in your assigned territory as a B2B On-Field Sales Associate at Frootle India Private Limited. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building strong, long-term relationships with retailers by ensuring product availability, proper display, and visibility through frequent, in-person visits at retail stores. - Developing rapport with store managers and staff to secure prime retail locations and favorable selling conditions. - Serving as the primary point of contact between the company and retail partners. - Resolving issues promptly, negotiating sales terms and promotions. - Ensuring correct product placement and timely updates to promotional materials. - Working closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
