B2B Marketing Specialist - Academic Engagement & Branding

As a B2B Marketing Specialist at Iamneo, your role will involve leading academic engagement efforts and enhancing the brand presence of iamneo in the education ecosystem. This position offers a unique blend of field marketing, partnerships, and brand storytelling, allowing you to take charge of end-to-end marketing activities that directly influence our growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive outreach initiatives across engineering colleges and universities to showcase iamneo's solutions. - Establish partnerships with TPOs, HoDs (CS/IT/AI/ML), and institutional leaders. - Plan and execute impactful academic events such as seminars, bootcamps, hackathons, and placement drives. - Represent iamneo at summits, fests, and industry forums to maximize visibility. - Foster networks with training institutes, EdTech partners, and faculty influencers. - Support branding and PR initiatives including media engagement, thought-leadership content, and storytelling campaigns. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline tracking. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of experience in B2B field marketing or academic engagement (EdTech/SaaS background preferred). - Minimum of 1 year experience in branding, PR, or communications. - Proficiency in event management and stakeholder engagement. - Strong storytelling, communication, and public speaking skills. - Prior hands-on experience in PR, media, or brand communications would be advantageous. - Self-motivated and willing to travel frequently to manage campaigns effectively. - Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada preferred). - Bonus: Active academic network or experience in managing PR/branding agencies.
