Job Description

As the International Offline Expansion Manager (B2B) at Frido, your role will be crucial in expanding Frido's offline presence worldwide, with a specific focus on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Southeast Asia regions. Your main responsibilities include identifying key markets, forming partnerships, boosting sales through B2B networks, and ensuring operational alignment with Frido's brand standards. Key Responsibilities: - Market Expansion & Strategy: - Identify strategic markets in GCC and Southeast Asia for offline expansion. - Develop region-specific go-to-market strategies. - Conduct market research and assess partner feasibility. - Partner Identification & Onboarding: - Establish relationships with distributors, retail chains, and buyers. - Onboard and educate channel partners on Frido's principles. - Cultivate partner ecosystems in priority markets. - Sales & Performance Management: - Set and achieve sales targets for each region. - Track performance metrics and ensure profitability. - Support partners with marketing initiatives and training. - Brand & Operational Alignment: - Ensure partners adhere to operational SOPs and branding guidelines. - Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams for smooth operations. - Business Development Activities: - Represent Frido at international exhibitions and trade shows. - Negotiate commercial agreements in compliance with local norms. Qualifications & Skills: Education: - Bachelor's degree in International Business, Sales, or Marketing. - MBA preferred. Experience: - 5-10 years of international business development experience. - Extensive exposure to GCC and Southeast Asia markets. - Demonstrated success in establishing global distribution networks. - Experience in lifestyle or ergonomic product segments is advantageous. Skills: - Strong business acumen with excellent cross-cultural communication abilities. - Proficiency in building partnerships and expanding operations globally. - Self-driven, strategic thinker, and open to frequent travel.,
