Job Description

As the International Offline Expansion Manager (B2B) at Frido, your role is crucial in expanding Frido's offline footprint globally, with a primary focus on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Southeast Asia regions. Your primary responsibilities will involve identifying strategic markets, establishing partnerships, driving sales through B2B networks, and ensuring operational alignment with Frido's brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Market Expansion & Strategy: - Identify strategic markets in the GCC and Southeast Asia for offline growth. - Develop region-specific go-to-market strategies. - Conduct market research and partner feasibility studies. - Partner Identification & Onboarding: - Build relationships with distributors, retail chains, and buyers. - Onboard and train channel partners according to Frido's values. - Develop partner ecosystems in priority markets. - Sales & Performance Management: - Set and achieve sales targets for each region. - Monitor performance metrics and ensure profitability. - Provide support to partners with marketing and training. - Brand & Operational Alignment: - Ensure partners follow operational SOPs and branding guidelines. - Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams for seamless operations. - Business Development Activities: - Represent Frido at international exhibitions and trade shows. - Negotiate commercial agreements in line with local expectations. Qualifications & Skills: Education: - Bachelor's degree in International Business, Sales, or Marketing. - MBA preferred. Experience: - 5-10 years of international business development experience. - Strong exposure to GCC and Southeast Asia markets. - Proven success in setting up distribution networks internationally. - Experience in lifestyle or ergonomic product categories is a plus. Skills: - Strong commercial acumen with cross-cultural communication skills. - Ability to build partnerships and scale operations globally. - Self-motivated, strategic, and willing to travel extensively.
