As a B2B Field Business Development Executive at Digal Solutions, your role will involve identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within a defined geographic territory. Your responsibilities will include: - Business Development & Prospecting: Engage in proactive prospecting activities to generate leads and opportunities for business growth. - Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively showcasing the company's services and value proposition to potential clients. - Relationship Management & Market Insight: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand market trends, and gather insights to drive strategic business decisions. - Collaboration & Professional Development: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and continually enhance your skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in any discipline (Only male candidates) - Preferred 1 year of relevant experience in business development or sales About Digal Solutions: Digal Solutions is Odisha's leading integrated manpower, operations, and facility management company. Established in 2013, the company has partnered with top organizations such as L&T, TPCODL, Apollo Hospital, and JSW to provide professional manpower, O&M, and security services. With operations across Odisha and plans for expansion into neighbouring states, Digal Solutions prioritizes discipline, performance, and fostering a people-first growth culture. Please note that this is a full-time position with a salary range of 18,000-20,000. The work location will require in-person presence, including travel to prospect client sites, networking events, and industry conferences.
