B2B E-commerce Growth & Operations Manager

As a Growth & Operations Manager at Bizpressions, a growing B2B e-commerce platform in India, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Manage catalog, pricing, stock, and ensure smooth order fulfillment. - Coordinate effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and B2B customers. - Handle customer queries promptly and foster repeat business relationships. - Collaborate with freelancers/interns to strategize and monitor digital marketing campaigns. - Keep track of sales performance, margins, and identify growth opportunities. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, B2B sales, or category management. - Proficiency in Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, and other digital tools. - Ability to thrive in a lean team environment with a proactive and hands-on approach. - Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi languages. In terms of compensation, the salary offered for this position is in the range of 20,000 to 30,000 INR per month. Subject to performance evaluation and eligibility criteria, a performance-based incentive structure may be introduced.
