Bizpressions is a growing B2B e-commerce platform supplying packaging materials, fragrances, cosmetic/herbal ingredients, and candle/soap supplies to small & medium businesses across India. We’re looking for a driven individual who can take full ownership of Bizpressions’ growth and operations. As our Growth & Operations Manager , you’ll: Manage catalog, pricing, stock, and smooth order fulfillment. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and B2B customers. Handle customer queries and build repeat business relationships. Work with freelancers/interns to plan and monitor digital marketing campaigns. Track sales, margins, and growth opportunities. What we’re looking for: 2–3 years in e-commerce operations, B2B sales, or category management. Strong skills in Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital tools . Comfortable in a lean team with a hands-on, ownership mindset. Excellent communication in English & Hindi . Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month. Once performance and eligibility are established, a performance-based incentive structure may be introduced. Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad (on-site).
