B2B Client Success Associate

Role Overview: Amaha is looking for a Client Servicing Associate to manage and nurture existing corporate clients. As a client servicing associate, you will be the first point of contact for enterprise clients, focusing on building long-term relationships, working efficiently with teams, and providing exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding clients to ensure a smooth transition and strong relationships by engaging with large workforces and conducting demos, presentations, and on-ground activities. - Fostering relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, understanding their core challenges, and needs, and driving engagement, utilization, and outcomes. - Collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client expectations, upselling, and liaising with Partnerships for revenue growth. - Maintaining accurate client records and deliverables, preparing detailed reports for management by analyzing data to drive client success. Qualifications Required: - Client-first mindset with a proactive approach for client delight. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and across diverse functions, under pressure, and meeting deadlines. - Graduate from a reputed institution with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
