Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, Cloud, APIs, etc.).
Ensure data quality, governance, and security in Power BI environments.
Optimize dashboard performance and improve visualization best practices.
Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and train end users on Power BI usage.
Stay updated with the latest features of Power BI and related Microsoft technologies.
Timely delivery of dashboards and reports as per business needs.
Accuracy and reliability of insights delivered.
End-user adoption and satisfaction scores.
Dashboard performance optimization (load speed, refresh success).
Compliance with data governance and security policies.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) and writing SQL queries.
Understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling with data.
Familiarity with Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
