Role & responsibilities

We are hiring an Azure Solutions Expert to join our India-based (Noida) technical delivery team, working during US business hours. This senior-level role is responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure services, with an emphasis on AI integration, cost management, and hybrid connectivity. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise across Azure compute, networking, identity, storage, automation, and Azure AI workloads.

Preferred candidate profile

Architect and deploy Azure cloud infrastructure including Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure SQL, and Virtual Networks.

• Implement and optimize hybrid identity using Entra ID and Azure AD Connect for secure cross-environment access.
• Design and deploy AI and automation solutions using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Logic Apps.
• Oversee Azure cost optimization, budget alerts, and right-sizing recommendations through Azure Cost Management tools.
• Manage high-availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) strategies leveraging Azure Site Recovery and Backup services.
• Integrate Azure resources with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform for unified business continuity.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates using ARM or Bicep for reproducible deployments.
• Monitor performance and reliability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Implement security policies and compliance frameworks using Azure Policy and Defender for Cloud.
• Collaborate with developers and security teams to enable CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Azure architecture and enterprise cloud deployments.
• Proven expertise in computer, storage, networking, and hybrid identity solutions.
• Microsoft Certified: AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert), AZ-104 (Administrator), AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer).
• Hands-on experience deploying AI workloads and integrating OpenAI APIs with Azure Functions.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and DevOps workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Governance, Policy, and RBAC.
• Experience with multi-region DR design and enterprise backup solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client cloud transformations.
• Familiarity with security baselines and compliance (ISO, SOC, HIPAA) within Azure environments.
• Strong understanding of cost optimization and workload migration planning.
