Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Azure

Deploy, configure, monitor, and maintain resources in
Microsoft Azure
(VMs, Storage, Networking, Azure AD, etc.)
Implement and manage
Azure Active Directory
, policies, and conditional access
Automate tasks using
Azure CLI
,
PowerShell
, and
ARM/Bicep templates
Monitor and troubleshoot Azure performance issues and security vulnerabilities

IT

Maintain and support
Windows Server
(2016/2019/2022),
Active Directory
, DNS, DHCP, GPOs
Provide Level 2/3 support for desktop, network, and server issues
Patch management, backup and disaster recovery, and endpoint security management
Manage firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN networks

Microsoft 365

Manage user accounts, licenses, and security across
Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Enforce security protocols such as MFA, DLP, and compliance policies
Support end-users and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 services

GitHub & DevOps

Manage GitHub repositories, access permissions, and branching strategies
Automate deployments using GitHub Actions (CI/CD pipelines)
Collaborate with development teams to support code integration and deployment processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Azure and system administration
Strong knowledge of
Windows Server
,
Azure IaaS/PaaS
, and
PowerShell scripting
Experience with
Microsoft 365 tenant management
Familiarity with
Git
,
GitHub
, and basic DevOps practices
Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
