What you will do

The Distribution Engineering server team at TJX plays a critical role in supporting our global operations by ensuring seamless deployment, configuration, and management of compute solutions. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead efforts to support and optimize Windows-based environments and enterprise application deployments across our supply chain network. You ll serve as a technical expert, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement across infrastructure and application support processes.

• What you will do

• Monitor system and application performance, leveraging analytics to identify trends and prevent issues
• Drive Windows lifecycle management including imaging, automation, and decommissioning

• What You will Need (Minimum Qualifications)

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows operating system administration and enterprise application support
• Proven track record in leading infrastructure projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows platforms, applications, and print services
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
• Strong understanding of application deployment methodologies and lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

• Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with VMware, vSphere, and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise service management tools
• Exposure to enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent
