Job Summary :

Exp : 5 to 7 years, Chennai

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to support the infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and performance operations behind a growing multi-brand WordPress platform and AI-powered content delivery system. This role involves implementing deployment workflows, maintaining cloud-based automation, and optimizing web and API performance across a dynamic, multi-team environment.Youll work closely with platform engineers, WordPress developers, and AI teams to ensure smooth delivery, rapid iteration, and high uptime for content that powers 30+ brand sites.

Description for Internal Candidates

Key Responsibilities

Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for WordPress themes and plugins using Git, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.

Support deployment workflows for Azure Functions, microservices, and serverless infrastructure using Azure DevOps.

Implement caching strategies and CDN optimization in Cloudflare, including cache headers, TTLs, and purge logic.

Contribute to performance auditing and automation with tools like Lighthouse CI, WebPageTest, or Playwright.

Monitor and improve web vitals such as LCP, TBT, and CLS for WordPress front-ends across all brands.

Automate cloud resource provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.

Support orchestration and integration of AI content pipelines using Durable Functions and Service Bus.

Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability via Application Insights and logging dashboards.

Manage secure access to APIs, keys, and secrets using Azure Key Vault and RBAC policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (WordPress, AI, SEO, and QA) to troubleshoot deployment or infrastructure issues.

Participate in incident response and contribute to post-mortems, recovery strategies, and tooling improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE role with web-based deployment environments.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational detail.
