Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Azure Cloud Architect to design and drive the implementation of modern, scalable, and automated cloud platform solutions on Azure. This role requiresdeep technical expertise in Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, operational automation, and observability frameworks. You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, and operations teams to build robust platforms that enable faster and safer delivery, while ensuring system reliability and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities: 

Architect and implement infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform for scalable cloudenvironments. 

Design and streamline CI/CD pipelines to support secure, consistent, and rapid deployments across environments. 

Lead platform automation initiatives for operations, patching, monitoring, and auto-remediationto improve system resilience and reduce toil. 

Build and maintain observability stacks on Azure using native and third-party tools (e.g., AzureMonitor, App Insights, Datadog, Grafana). 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce platform standards, guardrails, andsecurity best practices. 

Act as a trusted advisor to delivery teams by providing architectural guidance, design reviews, and hands-on support. 

Contribute to platform roadmaps, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the organization. 

Participate in pre-sales discussions and solution design as a technical SME when required.

Experience & Technical Skills:

 8-10 years of hands-on experience in cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and DevOps practices. 

Proficiency in Terraform, GitOps, and cloud-native provisioning patterns. 

Strong expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHubActions, or Jenkins. 

Deep understanding of infrastructure automation, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), andconfiguration management. 

Demonstrated experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools on Azure andother third-party platforms. 

Knowledge of networking, security, and compliance best practices in cloud environments. 

Experience in production support, incident management, and operational tooling.

Soft Skills:

 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and automation. 

Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers. 

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in fast-paced environments. 

Strong documentation and presentation skills.
