Job Title: Technical Team LeadLocation: TechM Noida NSEZYears of Experience: 7 10 YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with extensive experience in AI, machine learning, and data science. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Architecting and Address Management Domain, with a proven ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems. This role requires collaboration with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to address complex business challenges.Analyze large, diverse datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights that inform business strategies.Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model validation, and performance tuning.Implement scalable data pipelines and integrate AI/ML models into production environments.Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance methodologies and innovation.Communicate findings and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non technical audiences.Support the development of AI governance, ethical frameworks, and compliance standards within the organization.Work closely on Address Management Data, developing multi pass logic, and analyzing address data for machine learning opportunities to refine and gain confidence in address matching.Mandatory SkillsProven experience (7 10 years) in AI, machine learning, and data science roles.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Decision Trees, Random Forest.Strong expertise in statistics, prescriptive modeling, and natural language processing (NLP).Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and bias mitigation techniques.Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps practices, and MLOps tools.Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Hadoop, PySpark) and cloud platforms (Azure IaaS).Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, and knowledge of data engineering concepts.Excellent problem solving skills, creativity, and a data driven mindset.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of Address Management Domain.Preferred SkillsExperience in Azure Architecting.Familiarity with GIS Domain.QualificationsMasters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.Proven track record of leading technical teams and projects.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
