Job Description

Azure Stack HUB Maintenance:
Install, support, and maintain Azure Stack HUB hotfixes and upgrades.
Project Work:
Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the Azure Stack HUB and expanding the Azure Web Services footprint. This includes tasks such as implementing platform improvements.
Monitoring Solutions:
maintain and upgrade monitoring tools such as Grafana.
ServiceNow Incident Management:
Monitor the team's ServiceNow incident queue daily to ensure timely response and resolution of customer-reported issues.
