Job Description

Key Responsibilities Audit and maintain accurate records of OPD/IPD, Panchkarma, and patient admission to discharge documentation. Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, prescribed medications, dosage, anupan, pathya, and apathya to prevent or improve health conditions. Counsel patients and their attendants regarding the nature of the disease, possible complications, diet, and lifestyle changes. Prepare and manage duty rosters for all staff members and other doctors. Monitor and assess the patient’s condition before, during, and after treatment, and ensure appropriate medical care plans are followed. Supervise and monitor medicines dispatched from the pharmacy, ensure proper handover to patients, and strictly follow the recall policy in coordination with the pharmacist. Recheck and verify all medicines issued by the pharmacist, especially when high-alert medicines, vish, upvish, or other critical medications are prescribed.
