Job Description

Key Responsibilities Auditing of OPD, Panchkarma and date of admission to date of discharge record. Educate patients on lifestyle /medications/dose/anupan/pathya/apathya that can help prevent or improve health conditions. Educate patients and their attendants about patient’s disease and complications, diet and lifestyle. Manage duty roasters of all Staff and other Doctors. Monitoring of patient’s condition before and after treatment and medicine care plan. Monitoring of medicines dispatched from pharmacy and handing over to patient and must follow recall policy with the help of Pharmacist. Always recheck and verify medicines which were issued by pharmacist to patients, if you have prescribed any high alert medicine/vish/upvish /kind of medicines.
