Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting Axway API Gateway systems, designing and delivering integration layers between operating systems and business applications within distributed environments. Your focus will be on integrating web applications in the Web Infrastructure for intranet and DMZ, as well as assisting in production support for the Web Security squads. Additionally, you will help clients with digital transformation through API Management and API Security, architect solutions based on best practices, engineer API security policies, configure API Management, deploy, configure, tune, and monitor API Gateways. Your role will also involve complex policy development, producing customer-facing technical documentation, and assisting technical support in troubleshooting customer issues. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing a clear technical vision to advance project goals. Key Responsibilities: - Support Axway API Gateway systems - Design and deliver integration layers between operating systems and business applications - Focus on integrating web applications in the Web Infrastructure for intranet and DMZ - Assist in production support for Web Security squads - Help clients with digital transformation through API Management and API Security - Architect solutions based on best practices - Engineer API security policies and configure API Management - Deploy, configure, tune, and monitor API Gateways - Develop complex policies using policy studio - Support CI-CD workflow using team development feature - Modify environment properties using scripts and configuration studio - Create postman collections to support testing - Produce customer-facing technical documentation - Assist technical support in troubleshooting customer issues - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Qualifications Required: - Follow Customer processes for projects, incident, and change management - Ability to work both independently and as a team player - Analytical mindset with a commitment to meeting deadlines - Proactive attitude with high attention to detail - Good communication, analytical, and synthesis skills - Autonomy, commitment, and perseverance - Flexibility to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment - Open-mindedness and willingness to learn new technologies/tools - Customer-oriented with the ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms - Team player with a strong team spirit, sharing knowledge and experience with team members - Client-oriented, analytical, initiative-oriented, and able to work independently - Willingness to provide support outside of business hours (on-call) - Ready to take on additional responsibilities - Flexible to work from either Chennai or Mumbai base locations during hybrid model - Willingness to provide support outside of business hours (on-call),
