You will work as a Subject Matter Expert/consultant in the team supporting the PEGA applications and integration layer. Your responsibilities will include resolving all queries and issues escalated by the first line or Customer Support Team within SLA timeframes to ensure minimum customer impact. Additionally, you will need to operate as part of the on-call rotation for second line support and act as a representative for planned changes to the Pega systems. As the primary owner for one or more key Pega systems, you will be responsible for ensuring that software and system maintenance/health checks are appropriate and scheduled accordingly. Collaboration with incident managers to ensure speedy issue resolution and providing necessary details for accurate reporting will also be part of your role. Working with the problem manager to determine root cause analysis and preventive measures to avoid incident recurrence is crucial. Attending team meetings and Operations communication sessions as required, ensuring that all incidents and issues for key systems are added to the knowledge base, and the ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural teams are essential. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, proactive and self-driven attitude, good presentation, and documentation skills are required. Experience in a European work environment will be considered an added advantage.,
