Job Description

As an AWS Operations and DevOps Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 monitoring, incident management with SLAs, cost optimization, and governance services. Your primary focus will be on adhering to security and compliance best practices, as well as automating provisioning and workflows. Your key deliverables will include generating monthly reports on usage, cost, and incidents, maintaining cloud architecture documentation, conducting security posture and compliance assessments, and ensuring the smooth operation of DevOps pipelines. To excel in this role, you should ideally have experience working with container platforms such as ECS & EKS, handling ML workloads, possess relevant certifications, and be familiar with HPC and ML technologies like parallel clusters, AWS batch, and SageMaker especially in the context of life sciences data workloads. While AWS Advanced or Premier Partner status is preferred, the right candidate will also have a strong foundation in the aforementioned areas along with a track record of references to support their expertise. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The role entails working day and evening shifts from Monday to Friday.,
