Job Title: AWS Migration & Infrastructure Specialist

Location: Pan India

Mandatory Skills:

• Cloud Migration
• AWS IAM & Identity Center (SSO),
• AWS Networking
• IaC & Automation
• Data/Storage Migration & Validation
• Core AWS Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including:
• IAM, IAM Identity Center (SSO)
• VPC, Subnets, Route Tables, Security Groups
• CloudTrail, AWS Config, GuardDuty
• Experience/Familiarity with AWS Data Migration Service, ETL, RDS,
• Solid understanding of AWS Organizations, Control Tower, SCPs, and multi-account governance.
• Migration & Automation

• Experience migrating workloads between AWS accounts or organizations.
• Proficiency with AWS CLI and SDKs.
• Strong experience using CloudFormation and/or Terraform in production environments.
• DevOps & Modern Architectures

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and version control best practices.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (EKS/Kubernetes).
• Understanding of serverless and microservices architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS).
• Operational & Soft Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in wave-based, phased migration programs.
• Experience collaborating with architects, security teams, and application owners.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Good to Have

• Experience working in regulated environments (insurance, banking, healthcare).
• Experience with AWS Control Tower Account Factory (AFT).
• Familiarity with CIS benchmarks and security frameworks.
• AWS certifications such as:
• AWS Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional
• AWS SysOps Administrator
