AWS Developer

As an AWS ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable ETL workflows and data pipelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and monitoring data workflows using AWS-native services - Developing and maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation - Collaborating with teams to implement effective data transformations and optimize pipelines - Ensuring data security and compliance through proper use of AWS IAM and KMS - Participating in code reviews, testing, and production support - Documenting processes, data flows, and infrastructure You should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in AWS ETL development and have strong experience with AWS services including EC2, IAM, KMS, Lambda, Batch, Terraform/CFT, EventBridge, Managed Kafka, Kinesis, and Glue. Proficiency in PySpark for big data processing within AWS Glue, a solid understanding of data modeling concepts, and proficiency in Python for scripting and development are required. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data storage techniques, competence in SQL query performance tuning, index management, and database structure, as well as strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
